Designing the right journey.

Structure, time commitment, assessment, and how modalities come together.

Customized programs typically run 4–9 months. Executive coaching engagements run 6–12 months with bi-weekly or monthly conversations. Experiential learning interventions can range from a focused 2-day immersion to multi-module journeys spread across a quarter.

Plan for 4–6 hours per month: a workshop or experiential module, a 60–90 minute coaching conversation, and short application or reflection practices in between. We design intensity around your team's operating reality.

We open most journeys with a baseline assessment - 360° feedback, Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, Lumina, or a bespoke behavioural diagnostic. Insights are debriefed one-on-one, translated into a personal development plan, and revisited at mid-point and close-out to track shifts.

Yes - and that is where the deepest impact lives. Most engagements blend assessment, experiential learning, executive or team coaching, and partner-led modules into a single integrated arc designed for your context.

Both. Coaching is delivered virtually or in-person based on preference. Experiential learning is most powerful in-person but can be adapted to high-engagement virtual formats. Most journeys use a hybrid mix.

Through continuous coaching loops, peer accountability structures, behavioural tracking, and review checkpoints with sponsors. Sustainment is designed into the journey from day one - not added as an afterthought.
