The story
A seasoned soldier-scholar with extensive experience across active combat operations and peacekeeping missions, he is a second-generation military professional who brings a distinctive blend of disciplined execution, strategic clarity, and human-centered leadership.
Over the past 25+ years, he has institutionalized leadership development across organizations and educational institutions - building learning cultures that enable sustained performance. His work has impacted 50+ organizations, where leadership is not just taught, but lived through practice, reflection, and ownership.
Driven by a clear purpose - to enable individuals and organizations to pursue their vision with clarity, commitment, and consistency - he partners with leaders at critical inflection points, helping them navigate complexity and evolve with intent.
He is also actively engaged with startups, mentoring founders and teams in building excellence as a culture from the ground up.
